Return Policy


Currently we are offering service for delivery in UAE within 2-3working days from the date of order.

Whilst we make every effort to deliver goods in the timeframe we specify, we cannot guarantee delivery on that day or accept liability for deliveries made outside this timeframe, as we rely on third parties to facilitate our customer deliveries for us. We cannot accept liability for out of pocket expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or delayed deliveries.

All delivery time frames are subject to stock availability and in case of any changes our sales team would get in touch with 24hours of receiving order.

Our system automatically sends a "Shipped Order" email to your nominated email address when we ship your order.

Where an incorrect address has been given to us at time of order, or our Courier partner is unable to deliver due to unavailability of anybody to sign for the delivery (they will leave an advice card in this case), or if you ask for the item to be redirected after we dispatch it, we may need to charge for any extra delivery costs incurred to us by our Courier partner.

Out of Delivery Areas:-

At present deliveries are offered in all areas in UAE.

Deliveries cannot be made to islands, security controlled zones and defense areas. As an alternative arrangement, these shipments can be held at our head office or WAREHOUSE.

Refund & Returns:-

For Products:- In an effort to get products to the customer in the quickest time possible, products are dispatched for delivery automatically with the confirmation on receipt of the payment. Therefore, we are unable to offer refunds on products after the customer has received the material and once dispatched from warehouse.

Defective Products:- We will exchange the product if customer is returning the product by rejecting the courier at the time of delivery due to damage during transit & noticed at the time of delivery.

Undeliverable Items:- The courier company / Logistic Team will attempt to contact and deliver a product to the customer for a period of 2 days after first attempt. In addition, OBS Lifestyle Customer Services Team will also try to contact the customer for an additional 3 days to inform them on the delivery. In failure to reach customer from either party shipment would fall as “Undeliverable” and return to company warehouse.

Site. Accordingly, your continued access or use of this Site is deemed to be your irrevocable acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.
